The Boy Scouts of America is one of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations, providing programs for young people that build character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship and develops personal fitness. For more than 100 years, Boy Scouts of America has helped build future leaders by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun. The Boy Scouts of America believes — and, through over a century of experience, knows — that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible and productive society.
The Boy Scouts of America offers character-building programs that foster ethical decision-making skills while engaging in fun outdoor activities with friends and adult leaders.
Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts emphasize shared leadership experiences, citizenship, fun, adventure, fitness, and respect. These programs include boys in first grade through 18 years of age.
Venturers and Sea Scouts are co-ed programs for young people from 14 to 20, building character through meaningful activities and high-adventure.
Exploring provides males and females age 14-20 the opportunity to learn about career fields, network with business leaders, and gain hands-on experience in a fun environment.
